Poros is one hour by hydrofoil from Piraeus and 2.5 hours drive from Athens.

• BY FERRY: There is at least one daily departure from the port of Piraeus . The journey time is 2.5 hours and tickets cost 10-13 € per adult.
  
• BY FLYING DOLPHIN or FLYING CAT: The speed boats depart from the port of Piraeus 3-4 times per day and the journey takes one hour. Tickets cost 22,50 € per adult.
• BY CAR: You can reach Poros and drive with your car. The route from Athens to Galata through the Isthmus of Corinth takes about 2.5 hours. There is a ferry boat from Galatas to Poros every half hour or if you do not need the car on the island you can take water taxi that departs every 10 minutes, ticket costs 1 € per person and the way takes 3 minutes.
• BY BUS: Bus departs from the central bus station in Athens. On your arrival to Galatas you can take a boat (water taxi) and will arrive on Poros in three minutes.
• GREEK ISLANDS: You can be on Hydra in half a hour, on Spetses in 1 hour by hydrofoil or on Aegina in 1.5 hours by ferry boat.
